Need to return a product or file a warranty claim? Below are the rules, deadlines and downloadable forms. At the bottom of the page you will choose the right way to submit your request.

1. Right of withdrawal (14-day return)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods — without giving any reason.

  • You can file the declaration in any form — the fastest way is via the form available from your order page in the customer panel.
  • You return the goods at your own cost within 14 days of submitting the declaration.
  • We refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used. For cash-on-delivery orders we will need your bank account number.
  • Withdrawal does not apply e.g. to custom-made goods or items delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons.

2. Statutory warranty claim (2 years)

If the product is defective, you may submit a warranty claim within 2 years of receiving it. We will reply within 14 days of receipt.

Under the statutory warranty you may request:

  • replacement with a new item,
  • repair,
  • price reduction,
  • withdrawal from the contract — provided the defect is material.
