TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Jdmshop.eu

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the online store Jdmshop.eu (“the Store”), operated by Jdmshop.eu, located in Nowogrodziec, Poland.
By placing an order through the Store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organization placing an order through the Store.

  • Consumer – an individual purchasing for purposes not related to trade or profession, as defined by EU law.

  • Business Customer – an entity purchasing for commercial use.

  • Product – any physical good offered on Jdmshop.eu.

  • Contract – a sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Store.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through Jdmshop.eu by Customers located within the European Union.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

  3. The Contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order via email.

  1. All prices are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

  2. The Store accepts payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or other listed methods.

  3. Full payment must be received before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Products are shipped to EU countries only, via courier or postal services.

  2. Delivery time depends on product availability and the chosen shipping method.

  3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

  4. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

  2. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller by email or in writing.

  3. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  4. The Customer bears the return shipping costs unless the return is due to the Seller’s fault.

  5. The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Warranty and Complaints

  1. Products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU law (Directive 1999/44/EC and 2019/771/EU).

  2. Complaints can be submitted by email, providing order details and a description of the issue.

  3. The Seller will respond within 14 days.

  4. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage due to improper installation.

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

  2. The Seller acts as the Data Controller.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes applying to future orders only.

  2. The current version is always available on the Store’s website.

  3. In the event of a conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail.
