Does this gasket fit all D-series engines?

No. It fits only throttle bodies that use the OEM gasket 16176-PM6-S00. Other D-series engines may require different gasket shapes.

Does the 3 mm thickness cause fitment issues?

No. The thickness is correct for intake manifolds used in D16A6, D16Z2, D16Z5, D16A8 and D16A9 engines and does not require modification.

Does PTFE improve throttle response?

Indirectly yes. Lower throttle body temperature helps stabilise air intake temperature, improving consistency during spirited driving or hot weather.

Do I need RTV or gasket sealant?

No. PTFE seals properly without additional sealants.
