Front right stabilizer link CTR CL0143 – Honda Civic / CR-V / FR-V / Stream

The CTR CL0143 is a high-quality front right stabilizer link designed as a direct replacement for worn factory links in many popular Honda models. It connects the front stabilizer (anti-roll) bar with the suspension, helping to reduce body roll in corners and eliminate knocking or rattling noises over bumps.

This link is the new CTR number CL0143 (old number CLHO-10) and replaces genuine Honda stabilizer links with part numbers 51320-S5A-003 and 51320-S5A-305.

Applications – compatible Honda models

This front right stabilizer link fits the following Honda models:

  • Honda Civic 2001–2005
  • Honda CR-V 2002–2006
  • Honda FR-V 2005–2009
  • Honda Stream 2001–2005

For optimal handling and even wear of suspension components, we recommend replacing stabilizer links in pairs – right and left at the same time. The matching left side link is CTR CL0144 (old number CLHO-11).

Why choose CTR stabilizer links?

CTR is a well-known OEM supplier of steering and suspension components for many Japanese and Korean manufacturers. Their stabilizer links offer:

  • Durable ball joints and high-quality rubber boots
  • Good resistance to road salt, dirt and everyday use
  • Precise fitment for the listed Honda models
  • A reliable alternative to genuine Honda parts

Installation notes

  • Always install on the correct side – this part is for the front right side.
  • We recommend replacing both left (CL0144) and right (CL0143) links at the same time.
  • For best results, have the installation performed by a professional workshop and check the front suspension condition (bushings, stabilizer bar bushings, shock absorbers).
  • After replacement, test drive the car to make sure that any previous knocking noises have disappeared and the car behaves predictably in corners.

FAQ – front right stabilizer link CTR CL0143

Do I have to replace both stabilizer links at the same time?
It is highly recommended. If one link is worn out, the other side is usually in similar condition. Replacing both links helps restore stable and predictable handling.

Do I need a wheel alignment after replacing the stabilizer links?
In most cases, replacing only the stabilizer links does not change the alignment settings. However, if other suspension work is done at the same time, an alignment check is a good idea.

Will this link work with a lowered suspension?
Yes, in many cases it will, as long as the rest of the suspension geometry stays within reasonable limits. For very aggressive lowering, we recommend consulting a specialist workshop.
